Rooftop Replacement Solution
The Luxaire Eclipse rooftop replacement solution from Johnson Controls offers 10-ton packaged heat pumps and three to five ton ZQ 14 SEER air conditioning units. Similar to other products in the Eclipse series, these units feature an exact fit replacement design that matches the standard measurements of other manufacturers and is designed to reduce installation time, cost and complexity by eliminating the need for a curb adapter. The Luxaire Eclipse rooftop units are designed to replace outdated HVAC systems that can consume excess energy while producing unnecessary waste. The system’s advanced design also offers an optional Mobile Access Portal (MAP) that provides access to updates and progress reports of the Luxaire Eclipse using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or remote PC. An optional Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) saves contractors time by providing detailed alerts if issues arise.
