Oborain, maker of modern pre-fab outdoor showers, relaunches its Fjord shower model. Inspired by beach house designs, the product features stainless steel framing, hardwood decking and mahogany wall panels for a sleek, modern look. Made from Camaru, Brazilian wood, the shower deck contains Dark Red Meranti wood panels to resist weathering and splitting, according to the company. With simple installation and flexibility in size and configuration, the transportable system can be permanently fixed or used temporarily. For a more eco-friendly shower package, Fjord is now offered with bamboo cladding and Ash decking, as well as the Hansgrohe Croma Green Showerpipe with pulsating massage and turbo spray modes. Like the other units, this piece features a drainage pan right below the deck and can attach to hoses, allowing users to direct shower run-offs either into pipes, downspouts, gullies or storage tanks.
