Outdoor LED Flood Lights

Designed to replace metal halide fixtures for outdoor applications, MaxLite unveiled the MaxLED Element LED Flood Light Series of flexible lighting systems. Offering various lumen output and optics capabilities, the fixtures are available in 5000K correlated color temperature in 135-watt, 270-watt and 405-watt models that use up to 35,100 lumens. Each product can be specified in a one-, two- or three-modular unit configuration, with up to three polished and plated optical narrow settings. Constructed with steel framing and aluminum heat sink fins, the units also include polycarbonate lens that seal modules to protect against dust and water, according to the company. Users can choose 22-degree, 55-degree, and/or 120-degree optics for different light beam schemes. Custom beam adjustments are possible by mixing modules. The fixtures offer a power factor of 99 percent and operate on 120-volt to 277-volt electrical systems, according to the company.
