Eco-Friendly Decking
Cali Bamboo launched its latest eco-friendly product offering: BamDeck TruOrganics 3G composite decking. A fusion of the company’s InfinityShield protection and BamDeck 3G CoreMax Technology, the decking features durability with a TruOrganics wood grain texture. BamDeck TruOrganics 3G composite decking was engineered with Cali Bamboo’s eco-minded technologies to ensure it outperforms other composites in every category. The only decking made from 60 percent recycled bamboo fibers and 40 percent recycled HDPE plastics, BamDeck composite decking is inherently denser than other leading composites, and third-party tests in accordance with ASTM’s regulations have found it to be at least 3.6 times as strong and 90 percent less absorbent than other leading composites. Cali Bamboo’s proven CoreMax technology implements specially engineered cylindrical chambers that run the length of each board, increasing tensile strength by 35 percent while reducing overall weight by 20 percent.
