As a domestic air purifier, Airfree’s P3000 Onix strives to eliminate problems associated with respiratory disease and mold. It purifies the air by sucking contaminants into its filter and through its ceramic core. There, microorganisms are heated and destroyed at high temperatures. Airfree’s P3000 Onix automatically conserves energy by shutting off the ceramic core when it has reached a temperature that’s hot enough to facilitate air convection. Airfree must always be plugged in the same room for 24 hours a day and cannot be moved from room to room, as this will interrupt the cycle.
